The commissioned work consists of the restoration of the existing section of the Islamic wall in the basement of the building located at Calle del Pilar nº 9.
This place, has been closed for years and has been undermined as a result of repeated leaks and floods, which are difficult to detect in time, since it does not maintain a system that controls and ventilates the property.

The commissioned work consists of the repair and cleaning of facades, patios and hallways of the Saavedra Fajardo 7 building.
The building has two gatehouses, that you can access from the central gallery.

The projected intervention aims to refurbish the interior of the Ermita del Pilar, it does not alter any parameter of the current façade, which contains 4 BIC elements (the wall and the three coats of arms) and does not change its interior functioning either since it is an element protection degree 1
