The commissioned work consists of the repair and cleaning of facades, patios and hallways of the Saavedra Fajardo 7 building. The building has two gatehouses, that you can access from the central gallery.

The projects aim is to amend the existing pathologies in the facades, patios and hallways, with the purpose of recovering the image that has practically disappeared, for a building of great magnificence and importance from the beginning of the 20th century.

In short, it is a protected building, where the passage of time has led to the state that we can see today, which, although acceptable as it was a construction between 1900-1936, would require small actions to guarantee its durability for future generations
