Church restoration

This private project is about the construction of a single-family house with 3 bedrooms, 1 kitchen, 1 dining room and 2 bathrooms, for the enjoyment of the client.

 

It is intended to be a project with simple and minimalist shapes that fits in with its urban environment and opens to the exterior landscape, also sheltering itself in the form of an inner courtyard and also sheltered in the form of an inner courtyard from the street that surrounds it.

 

The main idea of this house is the superposition of two boxes that through the opacity and transparency of their faces can achieve the purpose of sheltering and at the same time enjoying the outside view.
