Murcia of islamic wall

The commissioned work consists of the restoration of the existing section of the Islamic wall in the basement of the building located at Calle del Pilar nº 9. This place, has been closed for years and has been undermined as a result of repeated leaks and floods, which are difficult to detect in time, since it does not maintain a system that controls and ventilates the property.

The need is to conserve the archaeological remains in good condition, and given the foreseeable reactivation of the premises, will undoubtedly improve the environmental conditions. The BIC will be restored beforehand, carrying out the work with a higher level of safety, without obstacles.

It is a simple but very specialized intervention, that does not alter  any of the parameters contemplated in its cataloging, or in any other urban parameter of the property, such as the elements that configure the volumetry, or the envelope. It is not modified in the use for which it was conceived, or its facilities.
