The Mars housing project aims to provide shelter and comfort in the first human explorations on this planet, in the conquest of the explorers, they will require shelters where they can sleep, eat, experiment and train with an aggressive, cold and violent environment. For this reason the project that will be built with 3D printing machines (using Martian concrete obtained from the surface of Mars), is recognized with organic forms that evoke the plants of the earth and a terrestrial biology, thus helping psychologically to people who will miss their home planet. Its shape is not merely aesthetic since, like flowers, it also folds to protect itself, in this case from direct solar radiation. And in these spaces protected from radiation is where it opens to the entry of non-direct light.
The project consists of a double outer and inner skin to allow the structure to expand freely. The interior skin will contain four levels where different tasks will be carried out, level 0 will house the bathroom and the dining room since they are located in a simpler and more natural way, the evacuation of wastewater and the most direct obtaining of clean water without the need for high pressures; level 1 will house the recreation area and the gym, essential for keeping in shape due to gravity changes, level 2 will include the experiment area and the laboratory, and level 3 will hold the sleeping areas. The outer perimeter will contain plants and shrubs ready to produce food to sustain the explorers.
The installations will be obtained from deposits located outdoors. Electricity will be provided by solar panels, ventilation and air conditioning will be provided by electric energy, always helped in case of storms by gas tanks.
Telecommunications via antenna and the water supply will be solved thanks to ice wells from the interior and stored in water pumps in the interior to be heated and used later.
